HouseMate is a prototype of a speaker- independent mobile smart home device which can support multilingual operation.
Through voice commands it can provide complete control of every single electronic device within the house (TVs and peripherals, Heating and Cooling devices, Boilers, etc.)
It can also be connected, through a GSM system, to a phone network that allows the user to use it as a phone and/or as worldwide web browser.
